Why CwB
ABOUT
Creativity with Boundaries (CwB) was founded with one primary goal: Create a company that would help manufacturers generate and sustain profits while preserving the workforce and the legacy they worked so hard to build. The founder, Matt Camp, has seen firsthand what happens when companies chase profits at all costs. CwB guides companies to implement sustainable processes that also energize and develop its workforce, while preserving the company’s identity.
OUR VISION
To become the go-to partner for companies seeking to create a sustainable, autonomous culture from Day One.
OUR MISSION
Bring a comprehensive operations model to companies starting new facilities, or are fully committed to turning around an existing facility, that enables them to achieve exceptional results through the creation of a leadership team with a line centric mindset and a workforce that is enabled and empowered to be autonomous.
OUR CORE CONCEPT: CREATIVITY WITH BOUNDARIES
The name says it all—Creativity with Boundaries is built on a simple yet powerful principle:
When people are enabled by effective processes and empowered by strong leadership, creativity thrives—within boundaries that align everyday action to business objectives and customer needs.
This is accomplished through the creation of an autonomous workforce supported by a leadership team with a line-centric mindset. Add to this a proven process for strategy deployment that galvanizes everyone in the company to one True North, and you create a company that is agile, focused, and exceeding expectations
DELIVERING VALUE TO OUR CLIENTS
CwB delivers exceptional value to its clients through the use of practical, scalable solutions that work with the company’s existing best practices. We don’t just consult—we dive in and embed systems and mindsets that companies can sustain long after we’re gone.

- Development and implementation of process centerlines that help to stabilize the process and get it back in line when problems arise
- Team development using strategy deployment in such a way that it energizes the workforce and aligns them to one True North
- Management systems that are straightforward to run that actually reduce the workload of leaders, while providing a clear method to support the employee needs
- Mitigation of the risk of resource turnover and loss of company knowledge through the enhancement of Trust between employees and leaders, and the creation of a learning management system (LMS) that gives employees a clear path for personal growth
- Straightforward methods that limit dependency and expenditures on technology for technology’s sake
